what does Ronnie look like?

A good representative for the traits that make up Ronnie would be Vladimir Nabokov:Best known for his controversial novel, Lolita, Nabokov is one of my personal heroes. Here is a man who made another language his own. He celebrated English just as much for its phonetics as its rich vocabulary, and made spectacular use of both. He used his adopted tongue to create a triumphant work of art that precious few native speakers could have written. He was a brilliant mind, in any language, and lived a very full and cosmopolitan life.

Some Nabokov trivia: he was fascinated with butterflies. Those doodles on his portrait? He drew them. Even late in his life, chasing butterflies was a passion of his. I think that's perfect - one of the best writers of the 20th century, and all he wants to do is catch a butterfly in his net.

Ronnie

Ronnie is the outgoing one, the worldly one, the adventurous one. You might call him a hedonist, or you might call him a bookworm - depending on his mood, you could be right either way. Where many might argue caution, he charges forward. He drinks deeply of every cup - the cup of life, most of all.

He is driven by curiosity, be it intellectual, experiential, or personally. He will never be satiated with knowledge and, to others, he might seem unsatisfied or directionless; in reality, he is far from it! He simply loves to absorb new ideas and experiences, which is a pursuit that can fill a lifetime. This pursuit is especially apparent in his love of music - a world unto itself, with its own journeys and treasures, where Ronnie lives (just as much as in the physical world).

This is not a solitary pursuit, either - he treasures relationships, and the friends he has made know that he values them. Every friend is unique to him and so, too, is every friendship. He is the definition of cosmopolitan, a citizen of the world. He is at home almost anywhere, and makes lasting connections everywhere he goes.

Curious, cosmopolitan and musical - like a wandering bard, Ronnie brings merriment with him wherever he goes, but he also leaves behind true friends and treasured memories.

what does Garra look like?

A good avatar for Garra, one that exemplifies what he's all about, would be Eddard Stark, from A Game of Thrones - seen here played by Sean Bean.
